Refund Policy

Effective Date: June 22, 2025

Fintellect offers an annual subscription plan, in addition to a free basic tier. Users who are not satisfied with their purchase of the annual subscription may be eligible for a refund, subject to the terms outlined below.

1. Eligibility

Refund requests must be submitted within 15 (fifteen) calendar days from the date of the original purchase.

  • Refunds are applicable only to first-time purchases of the annual subscription plan by individual customers.

  • This policy does not apply to renewals, upgrades, downgrades, or any custom/enterprise engagements.

2. Ineligible Cases

  • Refunds will not be issued for requests made after the 15-day period has lapsed.

  • No refunds shall be provided for partial usage, time elapsed, or unused features.

  • Accounts found to be in breach of the Terms of Service may be deemed ineligible for refund.

3. Refund Process

To initiate a refund, users must email hello@fintellect.co.in from their registered email address. The request should include:

  • Full name

  • Registered email address

  • Payment date and transaction reference

Refunds, if approved, will be processed through Razorpay and may take 7–10 business days to reflect in the original payment method.

4. Escalations

In case of unresolved refund-related matters, users may escalate the issue by writing to chintanthakkar@outlook.in.
